Tandem stores what you put into it: loads, rate confirmations, drivers, trucks, documents and the like. It belongs to you. We use it for one thing only: to run Tandem for you. We do not sell it, we do not share it for advertising, and our team does not browse it. We open it only if you ask us for help, if it is needed to keep the service safe, or if the law requires it.

What we collect about how Tandem runs

To fix problems fast and to give you real troubleshooting help, Tandem records how the platform behaves: error reports, which screens and features are used, the app version, and your browser or device type, plus timings. This is about the platform, not your business. It does not include the contents of your loads, your rates, your amounts or your customers.

If you send us an email, we read it and use your message and any logs you attach to help you.

This website

This website sets no cookies and loads no trackers or outside scripts. If you request early access, we keep the name, email and fleet details you give us, and use them only to reply to you.

Keeping your data
